DELIVERY
Orders placed on weekdays, except for Friday, will usually be dispatched by NZ Post the following morning, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be sent out on Monday, and over the weekend orders will be sent out on Tuesdays, except on public holidays. Please watch your email inbox for your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Please reach out to me promptly and inform me of the situation. I can then instruct my courier agent to initiate an inquiry to locate your parcel and identify any issues. It’s essential to note that all shipments are tracked, and NZ Post enforces a 21-day deadline for reporting any missing items. Therefore, it is crucial to contact us as soon as possible if any problems arise.
Damages or Issues
Upon receiving your order, please carefully examine the items, and if you discover any defects, damage, or if you have received an incorrect item, kindly reach out to me right away. This will allow me to assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve it.
In the case of damaged items, it is crucial to retain both the damaged item and all of its packaging, as this is a requirement set by New Zealand Post. Failure to retain the packaging may prevent me from sending you a replacement. My courier agent will coordinate the collection of the damaged item and its packaging from your location, after which I will send you a replacement item.
